TOTAL POINTS

A score of 16 or higher likely indicates you may have Convergence Insufficiency or another vision problem that can impact school performance, reading, learning, and sports. Please give us a call so you can get scheduled with our developmental optometrist that specializes in these problems. If you scored lower than 16 and still are curious about some symptoms you or your child are experiencing, please give us a call and someone from our team will help you determine if an initial exam is indicated. If you have any additional questions about what an exam at our office may look like, please give us a call at 509-654-9256 or visit our FAQs page.

This symptom survey is derived from the National Institute of Health’s Convergence Insufficiency Treatment Trial. For full text of the study visit http://archopht.ama-assn.org/cgi/reprint/126/10/1336.
